What’s included with my studio reservation?

Each reservation includes access to:

  • An 18 ft x 13 ft white cyclorama wall

  • A variety of seamless paper backdrops in different colors

  • Studio furniture such as chairs, stools, a two-seat couch, and posing blocks (white and colored)

  • A 200-watt continuous light

  • Multiple softboxes in various sizes, umbrellas, light stands, and boom arms

Everything is ready to use, and you can arrange the setup to fit your vision.

Do I need to bring my own lighting equipment?

The studio comes with a 200-watt continuous light, softboxes, umbrellas, and stands. You’re welcome to bring additional gear if you prefer, but we provide the basics for most portrait and product shoots.

Can I use the paper backdrops?

Yes! We always have four colors mounted on the wall and ready to use at all times. If you'd like to use a different color, we also provide backdrop stands so you can carefully mount and use any of the available rolls.

Please make sure to handle the paper with care, and after you're done, return the roll to its original place and leave everything tidy for the next guest. If a backdrop is stepped on or damaged, an additional fee may apply.

How do I access the studio on the day of my booking?

You’ll receive an access code via email or text shortly before your session begins. The studio is self-entry and easy to use, no need to wait for a staff member.

How early can I arrive to set up?

All reservations include an extra 10 minutes before your scheduled start time to allow you to get settled and begin setting up. You’ll have access to the studio at that time, so you can make the most of your session.

If you think you’ll need more time for setup or breakdown, we recommend booking additional time in advance to ensure a smooth experience.

How do I extend my session if I need more time?

If the studio is available after your session, you can extend your booking on the spot. Just let us know as early as possible so we can update your reservation and avoid conflicts with other bookings.

Is there a limit on how many people can be in the studio?

Yes. Our pricing is based on the number of people using the space:

  • Up to 3 people: $55/hour

  • 4 to 6 people: $70/hour

  • 7 to 20 people: $85/hour

This helps us ensure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone.

Do you offer lighting equipment for rent beyond what’s included?

Yes! We offer a Strobe Lighting Package for $55, which includes:

  • Two Godox MS300 strobes

  • A compatible trigger
    This is ideal for photographers who prefer using flash lighting.

Do you offer any studio assistance or staff support?

The studio is self-service, but if you need assistance setting up equipment or managing lights, we can arrange support in advance for an additional fee.
